Welcome to our website!

On behalf of the students, faculty and staff of MSAD 35 welcome to our district's website. I hope you find our site to be user-friendly and informational. MSAD 35 students excel academically, athletically, and in the arts. Our district's per pupil costs remain well below the state average, yet our students consistently perform above the state average in all state-assessed grade levels. Our community supports our educational programs and our parents are very engaged in all of our schools. The research is clear that parental involvement in education is directly correlated to student achievement. Please feel free to contact any of our schools or the central office if you have questions or comments.

- Dr. Jeff Bearden, Superintendent

Marshwood Education Foundation

The Marshwood Education Foundation (MEF) is an independent, non-profit organization of dedicated community members. The foundation is committed to supporting public education in Eliot and South Berwick through funding innovative educational opportunities that fall outside the responsibility of the school budget. MEF will be organized as a tax exempt 501(c)(3)corporation. Educational foundations reflect the schools they serve.

Mr. Leathe said, “Success, while dependent on donors and fund raising, is most dependent and will be best measured by the quality of teacher and administrator participation.”
