Choices Program

Choices is a Career and College Search program that is available on-line.  Students and parents can complete a career interest inventory, build a resume, conduct a college search, and research careers as part of your sophomore career research paper.

Go to:  www.bridges.com

Site ID:  0100720
Password (lower case):  marshwood

Student should click Register Here and follow the steps to complete your profile.  After completing the profile, students can begin to work.

Create your Resume

Use the logon for Choices above, and once in the Choices Program, on the right side of the screen under "Your Portfolio".  Click "Create a Portfolio" so you can save your work.  Click on the blue "work" tab at the top of the page.  On the right side of the page, scroll down to the "Getting Ready to Work" section.  Click on the "Resume Builder" tool.  Create your resume by clicking on "Build a New Resume"  

Career Paper Research

"Do What You Are":  All Marshwood sophomores take this career interest inventory as part of their English "career paper" research.

 

On-Line SAT Prep Program

State of Maine funds are providing all Maine students free access to the College Board online SAT prep program.   

Go to: www.collegeboard.com/satonlinecourseschool

In the "Students" box click "Register Now." Then enter your School Code:  200350

Sign in with your collegeboard.com account or create a new one 

Family Support Services

Families First is a nonprofit agency providing a broad range of health care and family support services.  Parenting classes, family programs, children's programs and support groups are sponsored by NH State and local agencies.  Check out their web site at:  www.FamiliesFirstSeacoast.org
