ACTON (636-2100)

Route 4 through North Berwick into Sanford to Route 109, turn left, continue on 109 until you reach the Acton Fairgrounds. Turn left on Milton Mills Road, school is 2 miles on right.

AUGUSTA

Cony High School (626-2460)- Take turnpike north to Exit 30 in Augusta (Western Ave.). Follow Western Ave. to the armory. After the armory, take a left onto Winthrop St. Follow Winthrop St. all the way down a steep hill until you get to the Key Bank building. Turn left onto Water St. Continue until the first light. Turn right and go over the Kennebec River. School is through the next traffic circle.

Civic Center (626-2405)– take turnpike north to Exit 31, Center will be on right.

BIDDEFORD

Dutch Elms (Golf) - Exit 32, turn right onto 111.  1.6 miles, turn left after gas station.  Go 1.1 miles, turn right, course is 1/4 mile on left.

Mayfield (Tennis) - Take Exit 32, turn left onto 111.  Proceed one mile, turn left on May St., Mayfield is located on your left 2/10 of mile down May St.

Waterhouse Field - Take turnpike north to Exit 32, turn left onto 111.  Proceed 1 and 2/10 miles.  At light, turn right (cross Rt. 1) onto West Street between cemetery on right and BK on left.  3/10 of a mile on left will be the field (HS football, HS soccer)

Saint Louis Field - past Waterhouse Field on the left (HS baseball)

Middle School (282-5957)– go past field and turn right onto Hill St.

High School (282-1596)– take Exit 32. At light, turn left onto 111. Approximately one mile, turn left onto May St. At end of May St – left onto South St., go ½ mile and take right onto Maplewood Avenue, school is on the left.

Rotary Park (Cross Country, HS & JH, JV Softball) – take Exit 32, turn left onto 111.  Proceed 1 mile, turn left onto May St.  At the end of May St., turn left onto South St.  Continue on South St. 1/2 mile and Rotary Park will be on the left behind the field.

Doran Field - Field next to Rotary Park (above) (Field Hockey, V Softball)

St. James School – Soccer – Turnpike north to exit 32, left onto 111 to five-point intersection, turn on West Street, left onto Hill Street, field on left. Basketball – at five-points, turn left onto Elm Street, at first light turn right onto South Street, Parish Hall across from cannon on right. Softball/Baseball – five-points, straight onto Alfred Street, right at first light onto Pool Street, field on left.

BONNY EAGLE

High School (642-9080) and Middle School (929-8292)- Take Rte. 4 through North Berwick to Sanford. Continue straight across at the intersection of Rte. 109. Take Route 202 (Rte.4) at the junction of 11 and 4. From 202/4, turn left onto route 35. Bonny Eagle HS and MS are at intersection of 35 and 22.

CAPE ELIZABETH

High School (799-3309) and Middle School (799-8176) - Take turnpike north to exit 44. Take I-295N to the first exit (Rte.1) Take the next exit (Broadway/S.Portland). Turn right onto Rte. 77 (Ocean House Rd.). Go straight at 4-corner lights (Cumberland Farms on right, bank on left) to get to high school (will be on right) turn right at lights for middle school (will be on left).

CATHERINE McAULEY

631 Stevens Avenue. Portland ME 207-797-3802-  Take I-95 N to Exit 44 (formerly 6A) to 295N.  Take Exit 6B Rte 302/100 Forest Ave.  Continue on Forest Ave.  Turn Left onto Walton St. (Rt 9).  Turn left onto Stevens Ave.  School is on the left.  Field locations located on view my schedule web site.

CHEVERUS (774-6238)

Take turnpike north to Exit 44 (I-295). Take exit 6B off of I-295. Go through 6 sets of lights through Woodfords Corner. Turn right onto Ocean Avenue. The school is 1.2 miles from the turn.  Fields for most sports are located behind the school.

After getting off the 95 (exit 44) take a left at the first traffic 
light and then another left at the next light onto Brighton Ave. 

To reach the outdoor fields and tennis courts take a left on Columbia Ave. (see Cumberland Farms on the corner), anb continue through two stop signs, fields and tennis courts straight ahead.

Deering Cross Country - Smiling Hill Farm -  Turnpike North.  Take Exit 46 at the Portland Airport. Follow signs for Route 22. Turn left onto Route 22. Travel about 2 miles. We will be on your right hand side.

EDWARD LITTLE (Auburn)

High School (783-8528) - Take turnpike north to Exit 75. At the end of the ramp, take a left at the lights. Turn into the left lane, make a left turn and immediately get into the right lane. Take your first right onto Western Avenue. Take your second right onto Auburn Heights, school is visible from there.

Walton School Field (784-1528) - Take turnpike north to Exit 75. Take a left and proceed 4 miles in to town to the first light. Take a right onto High St. Go 100 yds. Turn right on Academy St. Go right on S. Main St. Cross the bridge and get into the right lane. Go straight through the light/4-way stop. Go straight through and then left onto 7^th St. then left to field.

FALMOUTH

High School (781-7429) and Middle School (781-3740) – Take turnpike north to I-295.N. From I-295 North & South take Bucknam Rd-Falmouth ext. Turn right off exit. Go .2 miles to light (variety store on right). Go straight at light – sign will say Falmouth West. Look for blue signs with arrows for Falmouth Middle/High School. Go 1.3 miles and bear right onto Falmouth Rd. Look again for blue signs. Go 1 mile to Woodville Rd. Take right onto Woodville Road. The schools are 3/10 of a mile down on the left.

FREEPORT

High School (865-4706) Take turnpike north, get on I-295N, which will turn into 95N. Take Exit 19 Desert Rd. Take Rte. 1 north. After Police & Fire station go straight through light. Turn left onto Holbrook Street located just before the Reebok Outlet. Follow Holbrook St. High School is on right. Tennis & Field Hockey on left. For Soccer, Lacrosse & Softball continue around the back of the school onto the Snow Rd.

Wolf Neck State Park – Cross Country

Middle School (865-6051) Take Exit 20 off I-95. From north go right at end of exit ramp. From south go left at end of exit ramp. At McDonald’s take left onto Rte. 1 north. Go 1/3 of mile. Take left onto Kendall Lane. Middle School at end of street on left.

FRYEBURG ACADEMY

Fryeburg Academy (935-2001)- take Route 202/4 to Route 5 to Route 113 into Fryeburg. Coming into Fryeburg Village take a right onto Pine St. or right onto Route 302 from center of village to Bradley Street.

Molly Ockett Middle School (935-2480) - on Route 302 (go around bend in road, school on left).

GARDINER

High School (582-3150)- Take the turnpike north to the Gardiner exit. Follow the road toward Gardiner. As you come in to the outside of Gardiner, take a left in front of the country store. The high school is 2 miles on the right.

GORHAM

High School (839-5004)- Take Route 4/202 to Gorham. Take a right onto Access Road, school will be on the right.

Shaw Middle School (839-5011) – behind High School.

Little Falls Soccer Field – on Rte. 202 on right just beyond JCT of Rte. 237

Narragansett School (839-5017)– Junior High Field Hockey Rte. 202/4 to Rte. 25. At light at JCT 202 & 25 turn left. School is on the left just beyond the Municipal Building.

USM/Gorham (780-4141) – Rte. 4/202 and turn right onto Rte. 25. At lights turn left onto School Street Rte. 114. Take second left to USM gym.

GRAY/NEW GLOUCESTER

High School (657-3323)- Take turnpike north to Exit 63. Turn right, go through a set of lights and turn left. Take a left at the next set of lights onto Route 26. Turn left on to Libby Hill Road. School is on the right.

Middle School (657-4994)– Same campus as High School.

GREELY

High School (829-4805) - Take turnpike north to Portland Exit 44, then 295 North. Remain on I-295N until Exit 10 Bucknam Rd. exit. Take a right at the top of the ramp. Turn right at the intersection with Rte. 9. Follow Rte 9 to Cumberland Ctr. – schools on right.

Junior High (829-4815) – next to High School.

Val Halla Golf Course – continue past schools on Main St/Rte 9 approx. ¾ mile, turn right onto Greely Rd and immediate right onto Val Halla Rd. To Twin Brooks recreation facility. When entering Cumberland Ctr. turn right at stop light onto Tuttle Rd. traveling 1/7 miles. Facility on left.

Twin Brooks – after turning right onto Tuttle Rd travel approx. 1 ½ miles to facilities on right.

Sharps Fields – Continue beyond schools on Main St. (Rte 9) approx 2 miles. Bear left onto 115 intersection with Rte. 9 100-200 yards, turn right at stone pillars. Just beyond pillars turn left into Trains and Troopers store sign. Fields are on right.

KENNEBUNK

High School (985-1110)- Take turnpike north to Exit 25. Go through the tolls and turn left at the stop sign. At 2nd stop sign take another left. High school is approximately 1 mile down the road on the left.

Cross-Country Course - At 2nd stop sign take a right. Course is 1/4 mile on the left side of the road. Look for a blue sign with two runners on it that says Gary Pike Cross-Country Course.

Middle School (467-8004) – Turnpike to Exit 25, turn right after tolls. Stay to left after the exit on Alfred Rd. Go past Cummings Market, take right at intersection onto Thompson Rd, school is on right.

Golf Course: (207-967-2061) Take the turnpike to Exit 19 (Wells). Go left after toll plaza onto Rt. 9. Go 1.5 miles on Rt. 9 until you come to Rt. 1 Go left at light onto Rt.1 North. Go 1.9 miles, go right on Rt. 9 just after the Maine Diner, following signs for Rt. 9/Shore Route/Kennebunkport. Go 2.9 miles on Rt. 9 At first light go right on Sea Road. Go .8 miles on Sea Road. Mother’s Beach will be on your right. Go left on to Ridge Road. At intersection with Woodland Ave there is a stop sign. Go straight across this intersection onto Golf Club Drive. When the road splits bear to your right and proceed to the Club House.

LAKE REGION

High School (693-6221) – Turnpike north to Exit 48. Take Route 302 west for approximately 35 miles. The high school is on the right hand side of the road.

Middle School (647-8403) – Off Rte. 302, 3-4 miles out of Naples, turn right onto Kansas Rd before Lake Region High School is on left.

Tennis – is played at Point Sebago Campground, 2 miles before Naples on Rte. 302. Turn left at Point Sebago and follow to end.

Golf – is at Bridgton Highlands Country club going north on Rte. 302 through the town of Bridgton take a sharp right onto Highland Ave. just before 302 makes a sharp left up a hill. Follow signs to country club.

LEDGES GOLF COURSE – (351-3000)

From the high school take Depot Rd. At the end of Depot Rd. take a right. Take your first left onto Brixham Rd. At the end of Brixham Road take a left onto Route 91 and then take your first right onto Witchtrot Rd.

LEWISTON

High School (795-4190) - take Exit 80 off turnpike north. Follow ramp onto Lisbon Rd toward the center of Lewiston. At the 4th set of lights, turn right onto East Ave. High School is on the left.

MASSABESIC

High School (247-3141) - take Route 4 through South Berwick. Stay on Rte. 4/202 to Alfred. Go through Alfred and stay on Route 202 until you get to Waterboro. Go to center of town where you will come to a stoplight. Take a left at this light onto West Road. High school is on the left.

Junior High (247-6121) – same as high school

MOUNTAIN VALLEY

High School (364-4547) - Take turnpike to Exit 75 and turn left onto route 4 N. Follow 4N through Auburn, Turner, Livermore and Canton. Turn left onto Route 108. Follow Rte. 108 for 20 miles through Canton, Hartford, Peru and West Peru. Look for cemetery on left. Turn right after the cemetery, cross 2 bridges and turn left onto Rte. 2. Follow Rte. 2 through Mexico into Rumford. Cross bridge into Rumford. The field is on the right.

MT. ARARAT

Take turnpike to 44 to I-295 North, to 95 North.  Take 95 North to Topsham exit (Exit 24).  Turn right at end of ramp onto Route 196.  Go through 2 lights, at third light turn left (Route 201) - school will be on your right.

NOBLE

High School (676-2843) – Take Rt 4 North toward North Berwick.  Take a left onto Blackberry Hill Road.  Go straight at the stop sign onto Guinea Road.  At the end of Guinea, take a right onto Route 9.  The school entrance will be on your left.

Junior High (698-1320) - take Route 236 to Berwick. Turn right onto Route 9. Take Cranberry Meadow Road on left,  Noble JH is ½ mile on the right.  Alternate - take route  4 into North Berwick, left onto Route 9, Cranberry Meadow Road will be on right.

NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY

High School (846-9051) All buses park at Travis Roy Arena located on Rte. 1.

Take turnpike to Exit 44, get on I-295 north, which will turn into 95N. Take exit 16. Turn right onto Route 1, continue until you get to Route 115 (Main St.). Turn left. Proceed until the main campus building appears on your right. The driveway leads to the back of the school where the gymnasium, soccer and tennis fields are located.

Golf – Freeport Country Club – 95 N to Exit 19, go right at end of ramp (from south), right onto Route 1 south. Take first right, cross bridge, take first right, course at end of road.

Baseball Fields – go past Travis Roy arena and take exit Rte. 115. Field is on right at Rowe Elem. School.

Basketball – go past Travis Roy arena and take right directly after going over bridge/overpass at stop go left onto Main St (115). NYA gym is on right behind school. Park buses on Main St.

Golf (Freeport Country Club) – take Exit 19 off 95N, go right at end of exit ramp. Right onto Rte. 1 south, take first right (at National Ski & Bike Store). Once across the bridge, take first right and golf course is at end of road.

OLD ORCHARD BEACH

High School (934-4461) - Turnpike to Exit 36. Go straight for about 2 miles. Bear left at a small rotary (7-11 will be on your right) and continue for about 1 mile. At light turn left onto EE Cummings Road, school is ½ mile on right.

OYSTER RIVER (NH) – (603-868-2375)

Route 4 West from Portsmouth. Right Exit to UNH and Durham. Right on 108 at stop sign at end of ramp. Left on Canney Road. Left on Bagdad Road. Left on Coe Drive. School is on right.

PINKERTON ACADEMY (603-437-5200)

Take Route 101 W to Exit 5 (Raymond). Take a left off of the exit onto Route 102/107. Follow Rte. 102 about 10 miles to the rotary in Derry. Take your first right off of the rotary onto Bypass 28 North. After a short distance, Pinkerton will be on the left.

POLAND

High School (998-5400) – From Portland area and points south. Take turnpike to Exit 6. Turn right after the toll plaza. Go through a set of lights and take a left. Take a left at the next set of lights onto Route 26. Stay on Route 26 for 13+ miles. The school is on the left just after Just Friends Restaurant.

Middle School (998-4915) – same as high school

Turnpike to Exit 44 takes you to I-295.

Portland High School (874-8250) - From I-295 take Franklin St exit. Off exit ramp continue through 2 sets of lights. At the 3^rd light, turn right onto Cumberland Ave. Go through the 1^st light on Cumberland Ave. After this light turn left onto next street (Chestnut St.) School Entrance is on the right.

Deering High School (874-8260) - Take turnpike to Exit 48. Turn left onto Brighton Avenue. Go through 5 sets of lights. Turn left at Stevens Avenue. Go through one set of lights, school is on the left.

Deering Oaks-Quinn Field (Fr. & JV Football) - From I-295 take Congress St East exit. Follow Congress St to the 1^stlight and turn left onto St. John St. Just past McDonalds turn right onto Park Ave. At 1^st light turn left onto Deering Ave. Take 1^st right into park just before the overpass. Field is on the left just as you enter Oaks.

Doherty Field(Fr. & JV Football) - Follow the direction above until McDonalds-turn left at the light. Just beyond the underpass turn right onto Douglas St. Field is on left.

Fitzpatrick Stadium (V Football/V Soccer) - Follow above direction to Deering Oaks. Entrance to the stadium is on the left opposite the Oaks entrance.

Fox St. Field (JV & Fr. Soccer) - From I-295 take Franklin St exit. Off exit ramp go through the traffic light onto Franklin St. At next light, turn left onto Fox St. Field is on the left.

Preble St Field (all field hockey, V & JV Soccer - From I-295 take Franklin St exit. Turn right at the 1^st light off the ramp onto Marginal Way. At next light turn right onto Preble St. Just beyond the underpass, field is on the right.

King Middle School (874-8140) – From I-295 take Congress St East exit. Follow Congress St to the 1^stlight and turn left onto St. John St. Just past McDonalds turn right onto Park Ave. At 1^st light turn left onto Deering Ave, school is on corner. Football is at Dougherty Field.

Lincoln Middle School (874-8145) – Take I-295 to 6B, go about 1.5 miles through Woodfords Corner to intersection of Route 9 and 302 – turn left onto Walton Street, at end turn left onto Stevens Avenue, school will be on right. Soccer, field hockey, football are at Gulliver’s Field – turn right onto Stevens Avenue, left onto College Street, right at stop sign and a quick left – field is in back of campus. Softball and baseball at Dougherty Field.

Civic Center - I-295 to Franklin Street Exit. Go straight through 4 traffic lights. Turn right at 5th light (Middle Street). Go straight through 3 lights for approximately 1/2 mile. The Civic Center is on the right.

Portland Expo – I-295 to Congress St. exit. Follow signs for Route 22 east (Congress St). Congress St. is a one way street at that point. Get in the left lane and take a left at the first traffic light (St. John St.). Get in the right lane and take a right at the next traffic light (Park Avenue). Hadlock Field will be on your left. Just past Hadlock Field is the Portland Exposition Building at the top of the hill.

PORTSMOUTH (NH) (603-436-7100)

Take exit 5 to Portsmouth Traffic Circle, Route 1 by-pass south. At the third set of lights turn left (Chrysler, Plymouth, Dodge dealership on right). At the stop sign (~200 yards) make a sharp right turn. At the yellow flashing light (~100 yards) turn left. PHS will be directly in front of you.

SACO

Thornton Academy-High School (282-3361) - Take turnpike to Exit 36. After tolls take Exit 2A. Take a right at the first set of lights. The school is 2 miles on the right. (JH X-C and football are here).

Saco Middle School (282-4181) – FH, Soccer, Basketball, Softball – Turnpike to exit 36, take exit 1 from toll plaza, left at first light and right at second light (Route 112 W). School is on left. Baseball – Exit 36 to 395, exit 2A to Route 1 S, left onto Beach Street, left onto Middle Street, school is on right, field is behind school. Cross-country and football – at Thornton Academy.

SACOPEE VALLEY

High School (625-3208) – Take Rte. 4 through Sanford, Alfred to Waterboro. In Waterboro take a left onto Route 5 through Limerick to the village of Cornish. Take a left onto Route 25 west. Go 100 yards to the first fork in road take right onto South Hiram Road. The first school on left is the location of Junior High games. The second school on left is the location of high school games.

SANFORD

High School (324-4050) – Take Route 4 through North Berwick into Sanford. Take a left onto Route 109. Go about 3-4 miles, school on right.

Junior High (324-3114) – before high school on right.

Shaws Ridge – In Sanford take the right onto 202 between the 7-11 and the credit union. Go straight past Goodall Hospital until the John Deer Dealership on the left. Turn left at the light. Travel down the hill. The field is on the left.

SCARBOROUGH

High School (883-4354) – turnpike to Exit 42. Go straight at the light, at next light turn left (Route 1).  Follow route 1 to intersection at Route 114 (Amatos will be on the corner) - turn left, school is on left and athletic complex is next to school.

DIRECTIONS TO Scarboro JV Baseball Field - Follow the varsity direction to Scarborough but at the intersection of Rt. 114 (Amatos on your right), take a right onto Rt. 207 south. Stay to the left at the fork on Rt. 207 and go over 2 bridges (1.3 mi. total) and take a left onto Fogg Road. Stay on Fogg Rd. until the end (1.4 mi) and take a left onto Pleasant St. Follow Pleasant for 0.5 mi and take a right onto Tenney Rd. Follow Tenney to the end (0.5 mi) and the field will be on your right.

Middle School (883-4356) – just past high school on left.

ST. DOMINICS (782-6911)

Lewiston Armory – Turnpike to exit 80 follow ramp onto Lisbon Rd. Toward center of Lewiston at 4^th light turn right on East Ave. After 2^nd light turn left onto Webster St. At second light turn right onto Central Ave. (not a sharp right) At your 1^st intersection you will see the Lewiston Armory on the right.

Multi purpose Center – Turnpike to exit 80 follow ramp to Lisbon Rd toward Lewiston center. At 4^th light turn right on East Ave, next light turn left onto Bartlett St. At 1^st stop sign turn right onto Birch St. After 2^nd intersection , it is the first building on the right.

High School Field Hockey- Turnpike to exit 80 to Lisbon Rd and Lewiston Ctr. At 4^th light, turn right on East Ave. After 1^st light it will be on left.

Holy Family Field – From East Avenue go to 3^rd light, turn right on Sabattus, go past 1^st light – large church on top of hill on your right. Field is behind church.

SOUTH PORTLAND

High School (767-3266) - Turnpike to Exit 45. At the end of the ramp take a left onto Main St. Continue through 3 sets of lights. At the 4^th light you will see a Dairy Queen on the left. Bear to the right onto Broadway. At the 2^nd set of lights bear right again onto Evans St. Amatos will be on your left. Continue 2 miles. School will be on the left.

Memorial Middle School (773-5629) – Turnpike to Exit 45. Go to end, turn left onto Main Street. Next lights, turn left onto Westbrook Street, right onto Wescott Road, second school on the right.

Mahoney Middle School (799-7386) – Turnpike to Exit 45, go to end, left onto Main Street. At 4^th light bear right onto Broadway. School will be at corner of Broadway and Route 77.

TRAIP ACADEMY (439-1121)

From the high school turn right and travel down Route 236 to the Kittery Traffic Circle. Go halfway around the circle turning right after the Dairy Queen (236 South & 103). Travel 1 mile then turn right, take your third left onto Williams Ave. The school will be on your right.

Soccer/Track/JV Softball/Middle School – left on 236N, right at blinking light (Stevenson Road), field .8 mile on left.

Football/Field Hockey/Baseball/Softball (Memorial Field)– to traffic circle, first right, fields on left.

Cross Country – follow directions to school, do not turn right – go straight, bear right at gas station, go ½ mile and bear right again, turn right onto bridge and right into Fort Foster park.

WAYNFLETE SCHOOL (774-5721)

Fields - Turnpike to Exit 44 to I-295 north. Take the Congress Street West exit. Go until you go over a set of railroad tracks--after the railroad tracks, take a left onto Hobart Street.  If you get to the traffic light, you've gone too far. Take your 2nd right onto Osgood Street and the fields are at the end of the road.

High School – Congress Street East, turn right onto St. John Street, at rotary go ¾ around and up hill (Danforth Street). Left onto Vaughn Street, second light onto Spring Street.

High School (646-7011) take Route 4 into North Berwick. Take a right in the center of town onto Route 9. Follow this road until the end. Take another right onto Route 109. The high school is approximately 2 miles down on the right.

Soccer and Track – Forbes Field, right onto Route 1 South

Junior High (646-5142)-

WESTBROOK

High School (854-0810) - Turnpike to Exit 47. Proceed through the toll and go left at the lights.  Follow this road, get off at the Forest St. exit. Take a left at the stop sign. Take a right at next stop sign – high school will be on your left.

Westcott Middle School (854-0830) – Turnpike to Exit 48, straight through tolls and first set of lights. Turn right at second set of lights (McDonalds on corner). Drive past Sappi Paper Mill, next light turn right (Bridge Street), school on left.

WINDHAM

High School (892-1810) - Turnpike to Exit 48. Take a right at the lights. Go a couple of miles until the intersection of 302. Take a left. Continue on 302 until the intersection of 202 and 302 (rotary). Go around the rotary, take 202W towards Gorham. Windham High School is about 1 mile down on the right.

Middle School (892-1820) – same as high school

YARMOUTH

High School (846-5535) – Turnpike to 52N. At set of lights, turn left. West Elm Street is 4^th street on the right, turn right, school is on the right.

Middle School (846-3391) – McCartney Street directly across from high school

High School (363-3621) – From Route 1 in York take a right onto Post Road. You will go by the elementary school on your left. Take Long Sands Road. The high school is 1 mile on the left.

Middle School (363-4214) – 95 N to York exit, right at lights, left onto Route 1A, turn right onto Organug Rd. School is ½ mile on right.

General Notes

I-295 is exit 44 off the turnpike.

I-295 is a ‘loop’ along the edge of Portland.

If you take exit 44 off the turnpike and go North on I-295, you will end up on I-95 North (in Falmouth).

If you stay on the turnpike all the way to Augusta, you will end up on I-95 North (in Augusta).

If you get off the turnpike at exit 52, you can access I-95 North or I-95 South (in Falmouth).

The ‘turnpike’ (I-495) and I-95 run together (are the same road) from York to Falmouth.
