***Please pick up Student Contract/ Insurance Cards (white card) in the Main Office at the school.  These cards will have to be filled out completely by the student and parent/guardian prior to participation.  They should be on file with Denise Brooks, Athletics Secretary.  Students will also have to bring in a copy of their updated physical to participate.
