Prek students must be 4 years old by October 15, 2013
Kindergarten students must by 5 years old by October 15, 2013
Parent/guardian must provide all of the following documents at registration time:
Original birth certificate
Current immunization records
Proof of residency - rental or purchase agreement
Students who are currently enrolled in the Eliot Elementary School PreKindergarten program do not need to register for Kindergarten.
