In the 1999-2000 school year, a group of students' known as The Kid's Cabinet created a Mission Statement which students could agree to. These students came up with ideas and they had all MMS students vote on what they should be doing. The results are as follows.

As Marshwood Middle School students we agree to:

1. Respect other people

2. Respect the property of others and of the school

3. Be friendly to all

4. Share with others

5. Try our hardest on all homework assigned to us

6. Have fun while learning
